Celebrating the Tour of Britain going through North Tyneside this event has highlighted lots of interest, as well as using an empty shop to benefit the local community. North Tyneside Council have funded a pop up smoothie cycle shop so that kids can learn more about the event as well as blend their own delicious healthy smoothie for free!
Saturday was a great success, with nearly 150 smoothies being blended by cycle power! Open again this Saturday 14th September 10am-3pm, The Beacon Shopping Centre.
